Community-Based Clubs Background Screenings

Any volunteers working with our youth and over the age of 18 must receive a background screening. A criminal background screening is required for anyone interested in volunteering less than 10 hours per month. Individuals interested in volunteering over 10 hours per month, or who want to facilitate a program, must undergo a DCF Level II screening.

School-Based Clubs Background Screenings

All individuals interested in volunteering at a school-based Club are required to undergo a DCF Level II screening in accordance with Duval County Public Schools regulations. Please reach out to the Unit Director at the site for more information.

IMPORTANT APPLICANT INFORMATION

• After submitting your volunteer application below, please allow up to five business days to receive an email from our background screening vendor or a member of our team. A valid photo ID is required for all volunteers and applicants must have a valid e-mail address to complete background screening online. Your background screening will be good for one year.
