Instead, we have to decide whether we’ll order takeout, delivery or cook at home. One more question you might want to ask yourself is, “how can I make healthier food choices when ordering or cooking food?”

Yes, we get it. Nothing can replace the taste of your favorite burger, or that extra cheesy slice of pizza from that local chain but think about what simple substitutions or serving size changes can contribute to a healthier meal. Consider ordering a small portion over the supersize, grilled options over deep fried and drinking water over soda.

Now that you’re on board with making simple changes to your meal, it’s time to do some research and learn more about the meals we eat every day.
