BGC Print serves as a structured workforce readiness program where Teen Club members gain hands-on experience in a real business environment. Working side by side with industry mentors, teens are supported through every stage of the process, including design and production, customer service, quality control, and order fulfillment.

Participants are trained using industry-standard tools and systems, including Adobe design software, project workflow platforms, and business operations such as invoicing and basic accounting through QuickBooks.
