JACKSONVILLE, FL – Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is calling on federal leaders to immediately release approved 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) funds that support vital afterschool and summer learning programs across the country. The funding delay comes despite bipartisan Congressional approval for FY25 and poses an immediate threat to services that more than 5,500 young people in Northeast Florida depend on each day.

This is the highest level of recognition granted by Boys & Girls Clubs of America, awarded only to Keystone Clubs that demonstrate exceptional commitment to leadership, service, and community impact.

JACKSONVILLE, FL — The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida (BGCNF) hosted a special End-of-Year Celebration at the Citi Teen Center to recognize the accomplishments of students in its Tipping the Scale program, a transformative youth development initiative focused on mentorship, workforce readiness, and personal growth.

We are proud to celebrate one of our own! Caleb, an 18-year-old senior at Ed White High School and a dedicated member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida, has been named the 2025 Florida Youth of the Year. JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida recently honored the extraordinary legacy of Dr. Davy Parrish, a trailblazing youth advocate and community leader whose visionary leadership has shaped the lives of countless young people for more than 35 years.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is proud to announce that 18- year-old Caleb R., a standout member of the Ed White High School Club, has been named the Florida Youth of the Year. Caleb will represent the state at the Southeast Regional Youth of the Year competition in Atlanta, GA in June where he will compete against 12 inspiring candidates from across the region.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s 2024 National Youth of the Year, Nico F., experienced an unforgettable moment when he was presented with the keys to a brand-new, customized Toyota Corolla in a heartwarming celebration at Arlington Toyota Jacksonville.

This incredible gift recognized his extraordinary achievements, resilience and dedication to making a difference.

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Three extraordinary young leaders took center stage as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida hosted an unforgettable 2025 Youth of the Year Awards Ceremony, presented by Crowley. These inspiring individuals, chosen from across the organization’s 59 Clubs, were celebrated for their resilience, leadership, and dedication to their communities. The evening also featured a stunning art exhibit, showcasing the creative talents of Club youth and highlighting the life-changing impact of Boys & Girls Clubs programs.
