A Letter From Our CEO

Dear Friends,

Paul Martinez, Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida

Because of you, 2025 was a year of growth, impact, and opportunity across Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida.

Together, we served over 15,000 registered youth across 59 Clubs, with approximately 5,000 kids walking through our doors each day.

These numbers represent real stories. Young people discovering new passions through STEM and the arts. Teens building confidence through leadership and workforce readiness programs. Children finding consistency, support, and a safe place to learn and grow.

We also remained focused on what matters most. Safety continues to be the foundation of every Club, and we strengthened our systems and training to ensure families can trust that their children are cared for each day.

At the same time, we expanded access to life-changing programs and served more than 1 million meals and snacks, helping remove barriers so every child has the opportunity to succeed. None of this is possible without you. Your support fuels every mentor, every program, and every moment that shapes a young person’s future.

Thank you for standing with us and believing in what is possible for our kids. Great Futures Start Here.

Our Youth, Our Alumni

Caleb & Nico

Alumni are a powerful reflection of the lasting impact of the Club Experience. Leaders like Caleb Riggins, a graduate of the Edward H. White High School Boys & Girls Club, show how confidence and leadership are built over time through mentorship and opportunity.

That legacy continues on a national stage through alumni like Nico Flowers. As the 2024 National Youth of the Year, Nico represents what is possible when young people are supported early and consistently, inspiring the next generation to follow in their footsteps.
